Yes. It is because of some INFECTION usually. Viral or bacterial or protozoal. Do how many motions passed ? Any vomitings ? Any pain in abdomen ? Any fever or bodyache ?

maintaining hydration is most important. have plenty of fluids with added sugar and salt Coconut water lemon juice etc.
