Dizziness and weakness related
I feel very week at a times with no strength. Also while getting up from sitting position, i feel dizzy. I'm facing same issue since childhood. Last year i went for yoga teacher training which happened to be quite intense. There this became to much for me. I took b12 shots there. After that i started feeling better. Its been an year now since i finished my course of b12 shots. I hv started feeling the similar kind of issue again. Please suggest. I have already given a sample for b12 test. While i was a kid, i got complete body test. Doctors said, its general weakness.

HELLO,   HEALTHY PROTEIN DIET, CHEESE, PANEER ETC. REGULARITY IN FOOD HABIT. CITRUS FRUITS LIKE LEMON ORANGE KIWI GOOSEBERRY ETC. BUTTER MILK IS BENEFICIAL. ANWALA, N ALOVERA JUST  TWO TSF EVERY DAY IN MORNING. TABLET VERTIN16mg THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU. O.K BYE.
