Dizziness, Ear Pain, Off Balance

Hi Doctor, For the past 20 days i was feeling giddiness, Dizzy, Off balance, light headed, Ear Pain or Ear fullness. i went to an ENT & she did a Mastoid test of mine after which she said i have BPPV & Otalgia.she prescribed me Betaserc 24 MG, Stugeron 25MG, Neurobion which i am taking daily. The condition now has improved but sometime i am still feeling Ear Fullness & Off balance. Kindly advise.

If you have been diagnosed having BPPV then you need to undergo a particle repositioning maneuver known as Epley maneuver. Medications are not really useful. You may need to consult nearby ENT specialist who is experienced in giddiness management for more help
