I feel dizzy,loss of balance, disoriented for most of the day.. I dont have neck pain but my neck sumtimes makes screeching noise when moved as if rocks being rubbed together type sound.. I had xray of cervical spine which was normal
Cardiologist did ecg, echo n holter which was normal.. what shud i do further
