Dizziness mostly if moving
My husband has been facing dizziness constantly. This initially started with vomiting and gastric issue. But after a week , it started again but now only dizziness , almost anytime when moving suddenly during sleeping or awake.

This may be BPPV This problem is related to ear. When pt turn their head than dizziness start.

If dizzy, u could be stressed. Or  if dizziness prominent advice to do, CBC, ECG, CT Brain.

Sudden dizziness during movement can be due to BPPV. It needs further history for diagnosis

Hello, This dizziness is may be due to vomiting. Check his BP once Hypotension can also cause dizziness. Dizziness while moving is due to BPPV. Need clear and detailed history for evaluation.

I think he have any infection , so first require blood test and urine test ,CBC and urine RM it is first diagnose for dizziness

As you have mentioned postural variation, it could be vertigo. Did vomiting subside completely? Is he hypertensive or diabetic? Consult me for further evaluation.
