Dizziness specialy sleep to left side
I have been facing severe vomiting and dizziness in last week. Nearby dr suggest it was due to indigestion. All kind of blood tested and USG done. But there was not found any serious symptoms. At present vomiting is stop. But dizziness feeling still persist,specially in bed when i try to move my head slightly to left side, suddenly dizziness comes. From web search i found it may me from ear that because i put this question here. I dont know what is reason behind this. Kindly suggest me.

Hi, dizziness with vomiting needs to be immediately evaluated, to rule out any infarction in any of brain region, labrynthitis or less severe BPPV.

Hello Dizziness along with vomiting is mostly associated with ear issue..you are right Now the point of dizziness coming when turning head to left favours more towards BPPV. You don't have to worry ,it can be dealth with proper medicines and exercises.

Hi..dizziness which is sudden especially with movement of head  is more in favour of BPPV rather other more serious causes of dizziness..it can be treated very succesfully..need not worry about that
