Dizziness Started After My Secondelivery - I Got Delivered 4 Yrs

Dizziness started after my secondelivery

I got delivered 4 yrs ago on 10th Nov 2016, and given birth to baby boy, after few days( 20)I was attacked by urine infection, which was cleared by medication and there after 6 months dizziness and balance disorder has started, please suggest me which doctor I need to contact and is it related to bacteria present inside body. Visited ENT Specialist, Neorologist and Physician they said no problem is identified.
