Dizzy / Brain Heavy , blurred vission
Sometimes and not always but as soon as i wake up ( heavy head , when i move i get dizzy , feel my head so light and sometimes headache .. wake up feeling my whole body is hurting me and after i move around the pain goes away . Pressure between eyebrows .. and pressure on scalp and eyes , feel my ears blocked and pressure sometimes .. if i made a sudden move in the car i feel really dizzy if i made a backflip i get really dizzy .. sometimes i feel like my brain will shut or my blood pressure is dropping , but i go and measure Bp and its good sometimes low but 95% of time or when these symptoms happens BP is normal i used to be okay all of that happened suddenly ( all those symptoms for a year now ) I hate my life i can no longer take all of this symptoms. I made a scan on My brain / Neck / Nose . Mri all of them . Nose showed Crs . My labs are all good Except for vit d . 21 taking meds now for it And Iron is low a bit but ferritin is good

Your symptoms suggest you might be having Idiopathic intracranial hypertension. Get your fundus examination and perimetry done by an ophthalmologist and then consult Neurologist. If they are normal too, then we will decide what to do next.
