  4. Dizy, fatigue and light headed. With me?

Dizzy, fatigue and light headed
Hi there Recently I've been feeling: dizzy ,light headed, weak and a bit fatigue also I have known my hands to be shaking during excersise and before and after eating, I was tested for diabetes a few years ago but they said I was fine Do you know what could be wrong with me? Caitlin
