Dizzy feeling and head rotation
Hi, Kindly help me in finding the reason for my head spinning feeling and fatigue and dizziness feeling. I normal use Bluetooth earphones for almost 8-10 hours a day. I had checked my BP is normal and my blood sugar is good too. So need to rule out is this the issue with my ear or any thing related to my brain. I am able to do my work normally but I am feeling like my head is spinning and some times blurry vision too. There is no headache or anything else. Kindly help me in ruling out what may be the issue. Thanks in advance.
