  4. Dizy spells. Had a period since july!

Dizzy spells
I have PCOS and am TTC I am taking prenatals extra folic acid and Vitex pills which I just started 3 weeks ago and 2 days ago got very dizzy about two times but then was fine then today had another couple dizzy spells where I almost passed out. I also just started spitting the last 3 days and haven't had a period since July

Hello madam Please correct me. You have been having no periods since July. And your dizzines Is it - sensation of spinning or just light headedness. Please share more details as you have are TTC and more evaluation of history and investigations are warranted.
