Dizzyness and headache na
Hi I am having dizziness and nausea for the past 10 days. I usually get this dizziness but this time its severe. I also vomited three times over two days. Having headache in lower back of the head. I also have some kind of pulsating feeling in the head like feeling heart beat inside the head,when I feel like that I feel as if my body is shaking.. I am not pregnant and my bp is normal and haemoglobin is 12. Local doctor ordered an x ray and says its normal except for bad posture. My husband feels like I am simply acting sick. However this dizziness is preventing me from doing normal work. This week it severe than ever.

Dizziness, nausea, vomiting, pain in back of head and pulsating feeling inside head suggests possibility of intra-cranial lesion. CT and/or MRI may be needed.
