Dizzzy weak tired
Today I am feeling very dizzy. I tried to go for Bath and I could not complete it because I felt as if I was going to faint and my body was feeling very weak...I have a cold since two days. But it feels like it is inside and not a typical cold...Around one and half year back. I had a CTPNS which revealed many issues with sinuses but it resolved so I did not take any treatment for it except spray.. What should I do. Shall I go to emergency or shall I wait for tomorrow.. My heart rate and BP are fine..No fever

Upper respiratory tract symptoms with severe weakness and myalgias are symptoms of viral infection.. In the present pandemic situation.. It would be wise to rule out covid before treating it as anything else.. If symptoms are not resolved please go the the nearest emergency
