My bby us 6 months she is diagnosed with antibioma on the left front thigh region, its been 20 days since it is developed, today i am noticing it has become very soft from the superificial skin earlier it is very hard.
Do antibioma burst itself?
What if it burst at night time and i will not be able to take her to the doctor? What should i do in that case?

Usually antibioma requires surgical drainage. If its small one it may drain by itself. Just clean the pus with cotton and close the wound with a bandage and meet ur pediatrician the next day. If pain is there give paracetamol.
If its a large abscess you go to the any surgeon immediately...
