Unless the rat urinated in the cover it is unlikely that you will get leptospirosis. If you are tensed and to get your tension at ease you can do a LeptoIgM test which will tell you if you've acquired the bacteria or not. Over the next few days just observe if you develop fever associated with pain over the legs , if this occurs you should go to the nearest ER.
