Do i have cancer
So I noticed a swollen lymph node in my arm pit about a week ago about pea sized, hard and it doesn't move. 3 days before that I started getting horrific night sweats and they have continued since. I also was very itchy for 2 days. just now, my throat feels like it's swelling shut. there's a constant pressure & heavy/full feeling. when I swallow I feel like I'm suffocated and it also burns a little but only when I swallow. I also have gotten right side pains and generalized chest pain.
