Do I need medication?
Recently got my fasting sugar checked which is alarming..hba1c is 12.20%.hb is 10.95...can precautions take me back to normal as I dnt want to be on medicines

At this level of HbA1C your concern should be to control it anyhow. There is no way that it can be controlled without medicines
