Do I need PEP?
I recently became sexually active by a lapse in judgement. I gave oral sex to a man who provided an STD test from May of 2017 and allowed him to ejaculate in my mouth. I didn’t have any sores or poor oral health, but I am wondering since that test was very old, coupled with the fact that the man was in a higher social risk of having HIV, should I begin PEP at a local clinic?

You need to consult with a dermatologist for best solution for the same. But oral sex has less chance of spreading HIV
