Started with cold after thatSuddenly hear loss from right ear with full of dizziness went to ent he said that nurve had dry so never can hear from this ear I'm feeling helpless what to is that or should I take 2nd openian or is there any treatment .. possiblity of hearing plz help

You seem to have developed sudden sensorineural hearing loss. With appropriate treatment such as intra tympanic steroid injection there is good chance of recovery. You should take second opinion
