I dont smoke. Smoked 1 time during taking deviry 10.. Its 7 days cmpltd deviry. Still period is missing. Does 1 time smoke effect to this? Please reply.

No it doesn't make any difference.After last dose you have to wait for minimum 10 days.If not get then contact to gynaecologist and discuss with her for further details and assistance.Wait you will get.
