Does taking inositol for pcos early cause resistance to it in future. Iam 23 yrs old i have pcos and i want to regularise my periods. Can i take inositol now.? If i take it,will i become resistant to it in future? Please give ur opinion

Yes you can Inositol as a supplement, there is no study about Inositol causing resistance in PCOS, Take care of your diet plan and healthy lifestyle and proper sleep pattern to regularise your periods
