Does unwanted 72 work after 1 day?

We had unprotected sex last time,she took unwanted 72 the next day after unprotected sex.The time when we are having sex was close to hre menstrual cycle.Will she get pregnant?I'm so worried about this.She got headache,stomach ache and pain.last night she told me that there is a white discharge from her vagina.Will she get pregnant.If she is pregnant,how can we abort?please help.
