Doesn’t feel real
I’ve been having the issue of not feeling present or real for a couple years and it has begun to get exceptionally worse. I can still do tasks asked of me and function properly if required to but nothing feels quite real. My eye sight seems to be affected by this as well, if I am having a moment of what seems to be more real my eye sight get clearer and better. I just wanted to know what this could be and some resources on how to begin to fix it.

Hello, What you are going through is depersonalisation. In it there is a change in the awareness of one’s own activity and you feel that you are no longer normal natural self. Sometime along with it you might have a feeling of unreality so that the environment is experienced as flat, dull and unreal which is known as derealisation. The feeling of unreality is the core of this symptom, and it is always an unpleasant experience.
