you should always get intramuscular vaccine. Yes it is painful Sensex and oil based vaccination. There are total 5 doses and you will have to complete all the 5 injections. You are supposed to take intramuscular injections and alternate buttocks and alternate arms so this will help in reducing the pain and give that area time to heal.
