Consult pediatrician online , who will go into details weather this is a chronic problem or is acute . Child may need stool examination , modification in diet & electrolyte replacement if diarrhea becomes watery & large . You must assess urine output & should not let dehydration set in . In Covid time taking to pediatrician should be done only if absolutely necessary otherwise VIDEO consultation is the answer . I practice TELEMEDICINE & decide mostly on this & is highly successful . After this even if you have to see a patient exposure time is minimized which ensures safety of patient.
