I don't know what happened but last night I woke up and loosen my hair took the hairband out of my hair and put it to my hand .But when I got up morning I didn't even remember what just happened last night. Earlier I used to talk in sleep but now I have started doing my things in sleep. How can I get rid of this.

Over mental stress, longlasting grief , relationship problems , financial problems etc may causes some mental instabilities which persist some hours or days.
To deal with these u have to change ur views , change ur behaviour and learn the tactics .

Talking in sleep could be because of anxiety. Do you think there is some anxiety or stressor currently. Though waking up in sleep untying hair n sleeping off n not remembering it in the morning doesnt seem to be a cause of worry.
U need to see a psychotherapist asap..there is something that may be troubling you.. u may talk to me on nine seven nine five three four five six seven eight.
