Doing work in sleep
I don't know what happened but last night I woke up and loosen my hair took the hairband out of my hair and put it to my hand .But when I got up morning I didn't even remember what just happened last night. Earlier I used to talk in sleep but now I have started doing my things in sleep. How can I get rid of this.

Over mental stress, longlasting grief , relationship problems , financial problems etc may causes some mental instabilities which persist some hours or days. Talking in sleep could be because of anxiety. Do you think there is some anxiety or stressor currently. Though waking up in sleep untying hair n sleeping off n not remembering it in the morning doesnt seem to be a cause of worry.
