Hello. I m 33rd week pregnant.. I have high fever n cold since 2 days.. Is it safe to take dolo 650 during this 3rd trimester?

HELLO, YES U CAN. OR PARACETAMOL 500 THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD. OK.
