My mom's biopsy done for sigmoid colon diminutive polyp and report is attached.
Diagnosis is : HYPER PLASTIC POLYP - SIGMOID Colon.
What's the results says?

Hyperplastic polyps are normal. Nothing to worry.
Repeat colonoscopy may be needed later
