I do not naturally breathe through my nose. Whenever I practically start doing it, I yawn. Also, I breathe in and out much faster than others. Any underlying causes?

Blocking of the nose can occur because of some structural problems like deviated Nasal Septum, Allergy causing turbinate hypertrophy etc
If alternate nostril you feel is blocked don't worry as it's a normal Nasal cycle

You'll require a nasal endoscopy to confirm from ENT Consultant after lockdown and may be surgery to improve your quality of life
Duration of symptoms?
Any nasal discharge / sneezing?
Any medications already taken?
Possibly a congested nose, can be managed with decongestant medications
