Double palm tree thorn puncture.

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I've been punctured py a palm tree thorn and I tried to take it out.But I can't find no thorn.The wound healed.but I can feel the thorn like structure in the area(BACK OF MY RIGHT KNEE-RIGHT SIDE).I've got no pain.I fell so normal.After 4 years,I thought about it and checked it.The thorn like feel was on the same area but so inside.Skin was more above.Should I see a doc?
