  4. Double vision. Eyes do not converge.

Double vision
Whenever I spent considerable time in front of mobile, I start feeling irritation in eyes. I know that my eye sight number has changed but not able to find the perfect pair. Whenever i go for vision correction, I am able to see perfectly with both eyes individually but not together. Images from both eyes do not converge.

1. Try convergence exercises...best is pencil push up test 2. Take breaks in working hours 3. Blink a lot 4. Cold compresses 5. Use lubricating eyedrop like flogel

Give intermittent rest of 2 minutes duration after every 20 minutes of work.
