Doubly committed vsd with rcc prolapse

Sir. My question is my brother has doubly commited vsd with RCC prolapse. He is 21 years old. Size of vsd is 3.5 mm and RCC prolapse is medium. Will he has to undergo surgery for this? If surgery is necessary then what kind of surgery will be done? Will it be a minimal invasive surgery? Where will be the scar of incision?

Restrictive VSD through venture effect can cause aortic cusp prolapse leading to aortic regurgitation. This is indication for surgery, generally it is not minimally invasive, scar will be on centre if chest can show to me as well in Narayana Superspeciality hospital, DLF Phase III.
