Why not?? No food is contraindicated during pregnancy. People normally have severe nausea in early pregnancy which prevents them from having milk based products. If you do not have an issue with nausea then you can go ahead and have all of them

Yes you can, products like milk, yogurt, cheese are good source of calcium and protein. During pregnancy, you need to consume extra protein and calcium to meet the needs of the growing fetus. Dairy products contain two types of high quality protein: casein and whey. Dairy is the best dietary source of calcium, and provides high amounts of phosphorus, various B-vitamins, magnesium and zinc. Yogurt, especially Greek yogurt, is particularly beneficial for pregnant women since it contains more calcium than other dairy products and contains some probiotic bacteria which is good for digestion.
