Drastic hairloss. Hair. pls kindly help.

Hello.. Iam suffering from heavy hairloss for the past four years.. It hasnt stopped. I had very highly dense hair.. For the first two years i was shedding around 200 hairs per day.. Then i noticed little receding in my temples and hairline area.. Later years i noticed decreased hair thickness. Doctors could never find out because i had such thick hair.. By the time i was diagnosed with hair loss and hair thinning i have lost 70% of my hair.. Still my hair is fuller. But scanty. With thinning all over my right side scalp.. Left side is unaffected though it has also reduced in thickness. Dermatologist prescribed me rogaine 5% solution.. It has been a month exactly.. I started losing around 200 hairs again everyday after the first week.. It is increasing. Im worried as ive almost lost evrything. It seems as if the loss never stops and i will be lwft with no hair..pls kindly help..
