Dreams a lot about weird things
I have been seeing weird dreams every night an day. Sometime my thinking gets more weird. I try to think sometime that whether I am human or something else. I used to touch myself to make realise me that I'm human and in this duration I feel Completely lost. And after few minutes I become normal. I doesn't watch movie or serial. As these impacts on me and started to gets dreams on this. I'm used to get scared easily. Sometime i gets a though that I'm not alone in the house( this happens 3 out of 10 times when I'm alone at home).

I understand your situation. You seem to be suffering from few psychotic symptoms. However more clarity is needed regarding your problem. Information regarding your sleep, hunger, energy levels and concentration at whatever you do would be more helpful to decide on the severity of your condition. Don't worry it is not your fault, it is the hormonal fluctuations in your brain which is taking a toll on your mental health. It is easily manageable with appropriate treatment so that dysfunction due to the same can be reduced and your quality of life will improve. Some counselling sessions along with medical help might be useful for you. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for online assistance. Discussions will be held confidential. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed. Online chat consultation is available.
