Dronis 20 stopping mid pack
Last month i missed my period. My lmp was 27 th april. So i tested bhcg on 1st june, which came 0.1. So dovtor prescribed me crina ncr for 5 days. After stopping the medicine i got period 3 days after. Then doctor prescribed me dronis 20 to take from day 3 of that period. But due to very severe side effects i had to stop the pill mid pack. Doctor also advised me to stop. I stopped the pill on monday. Now today i am seeing again bleeding. But not that much. Just light spotting. What is the reason?

Hello, Since dronis is oral contraceptive pills, with  hormone estrogen and progesterone as a main content, after stopping dronis you would get breakthrough bleeding/spotting it's normal. The reason behind delayed/missed and less flow (scanty periods) could be hormonal imbalance,  PCOs.etc Regards Dr.Prajakta Mahajan Fertiflix Women's Clinic, Pune
Next Steps
wait for spontaneous periods for 2-3 weeks . if no periods after a month from last period and if sexually active then do urine pregnancy test
Health Tips
