Dropping right side of the face
Whilst having intercourse with my partner I started to hear a loud ringing noise in my ear. I tried to point to it and say to him but I was unable to speak. My mouth wouldn't move and I had blurred vision. When I looked in the mirror the right side of my face had completely dropped and I couldn't speak.
