We are giving vitamin d 3 drops to our 3 month old baby. Should we also give calci max d and multi vitamin drops as well

Dear parents,
Dose of vitamin D is 400 iu that means 1ml drops .
Yes you should add these supplements, like
1 Feris drops 1ml once a day.
2 multi vitamin drops one ml once a day
3 calcium syp one teaspoon full twice a day.
All above for at least 2 years
