Drug abuse. Life like everyone else?

Hi. I am a 23 yr old Male. I was a drug abuse (Alcohol & Cannabis). I got overdosed on Marijuana on multiple occasions. All this happend 3 years ago. Ever since I abused the drug. I have Severe Neurological illness. My mind is not stable. I have Severe pain in the muscles. They keep twitching. Like muscle tremors. Mostly this happens in my legs & sometimes in my arms, chest neck face. I have been suffering a lot since past 3 yrs. I get headaches which are very painful. I have no clue what is going on with me. I am both mentally and emotionally down. I get suicidal thoughts every now and then. I keep talking to myself. All negative thoughts. I hear voices in my head. Very powerful ones. I want to know what is going on with me?? Do I have psychosis?? Will I be able to recover and lead a normal life like everyone else?? Pls help 😣
