Dry and loose skin
Hi my sister is suffering with dry and loose skin. even her face became dull these days. because of her tight schedule she wont drink sufficient water everyday. can you please suggest me what kind of food and drink she should take to get healthier skin.

Dryness is Vaata Dosha aggravation. People with aggravated Vata usually have a dry skin with lusterless face. Dryness even in summer clearly tells us that its Vaata dosha imbalance. To decrease this issue, one should follow a balanced disciplined lifestyle without over stressing . A regular self Abhyanga snan with sesame ( Til ) oil is very beneficial & results are usually seen within few days. It also increases inner strength thereby decreasing fatigue. People with dry skin should also consume mild to moderate cow Milk & Ghee. When it comes to diet, dry foods should be avoided like all fries, snacks & packaged foods. Fresh milk products ( unrefrigerated ) should be consumed. Avoiding AC & other extreme climates is necessary. 90% it will resolve when you follow the above . If it doesn't resolve then meet a Ayurvedic practitioner & a dermatologist.
