Dry and scaly skin on knuckles
I've dry and scaly skin on knuckles which doesn't go even after regular use of moisturizer cream. at my place I don't have a good dermatologist. so give me solution. if doctor advice any cream, I would be grateful if they specify brand name of the cream which are easily available at small places too.

Venusia Max lotion or Cetaphil lotion or Aquasoft lotion or Episoft lotion can be used if it is just routine dryness. however an examination would be needed to make sure there is no other coexisting condition awesome other underlying cause for the increased dryness. You can consult online privately with pictures or meet a qualified dermatologist directly. Hope this was helpful.
