Dry cough & slight breathing difficulty
I'm having persistent cough for a week. The cough is dry with no phlegm. My nose is  blocked at times. Even when its not blocked, when I try to breathe through mouth a whistling sound is heard and I have a tight feeling in my chest. The whistling sound is more and bad for past two days with extreme coughing. What can it be ?

It could be post infective bronchitis. Might need bronchodilators. Please consult a chest doctor for further treatment.
