Dry Cough and had mild fever yesterday
Having dry cough since 1 week. I have finished 1  benadryl dry cough syrup but it's still not cured.

Dry cough is usually irritative cough that persists even after a nose or throat infection has subsided. Take plenty of fluids. Steam inhalation and gargles with warm salt water will be helpful for you.

You seem to be suffering from post viral cough which is common type of dry cough syndrome after an attack of viral upper respiratory tract infection. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use dry cough syrups, strepsils like lozenges and steam inhalation for faster recovery
