I am 31 years old. i am getting cold & dry cough every year. recently i got cold & dry cough 3 months ago. i am doing medicine. every time i have to take maedicine. it will go in 1 week. but slowly again it will start.whenever i drink butter milk, cold water, other place water. if i travel. i nedd solution

You need to identify if you are Allergic to some thing like pollen or dust mites or pet dander. Avoid the things you are Allergic to and consult an ENT specialist to get medication for your allergy.
