I am having cough for the past one week. It gets stronger at night. Throat feels dry after coughing.

Hello...I would suggest you to take cetrizine 10 mg twice a day for now ..Apart from that iys better you meet a physician get examined and then start on the cough syrup...Hope you understand...Meet a doctor in person...Thank you
