Dry cough having, little bit irritating
I am having a dry cough, please suggest me best medication for the same i just need any syrup to relief the cough this is happening from some of couple days

Take steam inhalation
Drink plenty of water.
You can take honey instead of syp.

Is it only cough or is their any additional symptoms present ? Need a detailed evalutation too , since it's covid era going on. Need to be sure enough for the same. Kindly consult if possible.
