Do steam inhalation . Give honey & few drops ginger mixed . Watch for fever rapid breathing etc . Contact quickly for anything adverse

Give Syr Cetrizine for cold
Syr Ascoril-D for dry cough
Give plenty of liquids/ water/ soup frequently
Do steam inhalation
Use saline nasal drops for nose block
