  4. Dry cough , no other issue. That fine?

I am giving my son ,4 year old ,18 kgs 5 ml twice a day since 2 days maxtra syrup to treat his dry cough . Is that fine ? Kindly suggest

He may be suffering from upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of viral infection in children. Cough syrup with steam inhalation for few days is usually sufficient
