Dry cough without cold since last 7 days
I am having dry cough for the last 7days and have taken some medicines from pharmacy but situation is not getting any better. During the day, the cough is fine but at night it becomes very aggressive. I do have cold or fever to it buy slight headaches.
Kindly suggest best medicines.
