Can anyone suggest me for best treatment for ecsema, skin rushes on fingers, dry skin on leg and hand pulm. If you suggest me free then it's very thankful.

Eczema comes when there’s is excessive dryness.use of a good paraben free moisturiser with other medications can treat the problem
